Rain plans for outdoor ceremonies

Instruments and rain don’t mix. Here is what we need for an outdoor ceremony, and how we switch to plan B without fuss.

What we need outside

Cover over the players (a gazebo or tree canopy), level ground, and shade from direct sun.

We agree a decision time with your planner, usually two hours before the ceremony.

We always walk the indoor space when we arrive, so moving takes ten minutes.
